Using information found on this site and your journal, please answer the following questions. You may discuss with your seat partner. Answers must be written in 5th grade complete sentences!

SENTENCE....The reason some people were called Loyalists is because they supported England's rule over the colonies even though they lived in colonies.

6. What can you infer (read between the lines) about Thomas Paine's publications? (Hint: was he for or against the formation of a new country...how do you know?)
